STUDIO POLICIES
& GUIDELINES

Our clients are the most important part of our business,  and so we take great pride in offering you the cleanest and most comfortable atmosphere to experience fun fitness.
 
We are therefore asking our members, instructors and guests to adhere to the following studio policies and guidelines.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • As a member or guest, you acknowledge that you are physically able to engage in any activity, programme or training booked, and agree that all exercises and use of this facility are taken at your sole risk.

  • You accept full responsibility for the security of all your personal belongings, which includes not leaving valuables inside your motor vehicle while attending any studio class.

  • Personal belongings are to be stored using either the “cubby” (e.g. bags, latops) or baskets (e.g. car keys, jewellery, phones) inside the studio during your session.

  • Derogatory remarks involving any member or studio personnel will not be tolerated. Any such incident will result in your membership being revoked without refund.

PROPERTY ACCESS & WAITING AREAS

  • For studio classes, parking is available along the sidewalks of 18 Allerdyce Drive as well as adjacent properties.

  • For private sessions (depending on the number of participants), parking is available inside the property.

  • Do not honk to announce your arrival.

  • The main gate is opened 10-minutes prior to the start of the first studio class (i.e. weekdays at 6:20pm and Saturdays at 9:20am) and closed intermittently throughout the progression of studio classes.

  • For members and guests whose mode of transport is not a personal motor vehicle, please take into consideration the above policy to avoid waiting outside while the gate is closed.

  • Whether as a member or guest waiting for a class to start or end, please do so by the seating area along the poolside.

  • Please enter the studio using the main entrance door to prevent the unnecessary transmission of dirt and other debris inside the studio.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS 

  • Payments can be made:

    • online via PayPal;

    • offline via an eLink or transfer through the LYNK app (powered by NCB); 

    • in-studio via cash or credit/debit card or QR codes.

  • Absolutely no refund of any membership (partial or whole) will be considered 1-week after the purchase date.

  • Suspensions and extensions of any active membership will be made at the discretion of management.

REGISTRATION

  • Class sizes are limited, so we encourage you to sign up quickly to secure your space.

  • Online registration is mandatory.

  • Walk-ins will not be allowed to participate in any session.

  • Absolutely no transfer of session credits or memberships to another member will be facilitated. This includes using your own client account to reserve a session for someone else.

  • If you've been placed on the waiting list, your reservation is pending and will only be confirmed and charged when a spot becomes available.

CANCELATIONS,
PUNCTUALITY
& NO SHOWS

  • The studio reserves the right to cancel any session. The notice period of this cancelation will be dependent on the type of session booked.

  • If you're no longer able to attend your booked session, please cancel or reschedule (whether online or via the app). This allows us to make space for waitlisted clients as well as to ensure your session credit is restored. Otherwise, your class pass will be forfeited.

  • ·If you're running late, please inform the studio within the required notice period of the session's start time via messaging (i.e. text, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Message or email) as phone calls usually disrupt any  sessions in-progress and will not be answered.

  • Whereby the studio receives late notice of a cancelation (i.e. after the stipulated time but before the start time of the booked session), then a penalty (which is dependent on the session booked) will be charged.

  • Whereby you booked a session but was a no-show, then a penalty (which is dependent on the session booked) will be charged.​

  • You're deemed late if your arrival is within 10-minutes after the start time of your booked session, and your participation is at the discretion of the session's instructor.

  • You're deemed a no-show if you're more than 10-minutes late for your booked session (even with notice), and you will not be allowed to participate in the session in addition to your session credit being forfeited.

RECORDINGS

  • The studio reserves the right to record studio classes whether by photo or video for the sole purposes of content creation and studio promotion.

  • Whether as a client or guest recording your experience, please ensure that neighboring participants have consented to being recorded as well, especially when they are likely to be "in-frame".
