Studio Policies: Cancelations, Punctuality & No Shows
1. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any private session with at least 4-hour notice. - Cancellations by the studio will result in a full refund. - Rescheduling fees will be waived should the studio require same. 2. Please be mindful of the instructor's time! If your group is unable to attend the booked session, please cancel or reschedule online or on the app. - If you're having challenges, please contact us as soon as possible. 3. Kindly note you have up to 4-hours before the start time of your session to reschedule without incurring a rescheduling fee of $2,500 which must be paid to confirm the rescheduled session. - Desired available sessions will not be "reserved" or "blocked". 4. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in an automatic forfeiture of your booking and deposit. This means absolutely no refunds or rescheduling will be considered. 5. Whereby the studio is notified of a cancellation within 4-hours of the start time of the session (irrespective of the circumstance), then only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
