Politique d'annulation

As the event host/promoter, please observe the following booking policies: 1. PAYMENTS: - Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. - 60% of the amount is due within 72 hours upon issue of an invoice. - The remaining 40% is due before or on 7 days ahead of the event date. - Payments can be made as advised on the issued invoice. 2. LIABILITY: - The event host/promoter assumes liability for injury of any person attending the event. 3. SECURITY: - The event host/promoter is responsible for providing and maintaining general security of the venue and neighbouring roads. 4. EMERGENCIES: - In case of an emergency (e.g. accidents, health crisis, criminal activities, or fire) the relevant authorities should be contacted. - The venue does not have an available landline, and so a personal mobile device should be accessible. 5. PARKING: - The event host/promoter will advise participants that parking is available outside the venue, both along the sidewalks/grass of the venue and neighbouring properties/roads. - Absolutely no parking on the road, whether fully or partially. Vehicles should be fully mounted on the sidewalks/grass. 6. AMENITIES: - The event host/promoter is responsible for providing restroom facilities, venue lighting and back-up power sources. 7. SETUP & PULL-DOWN: - Time needed for setup and pull-downs should be allotted within 24-hrs assigned to your booking. This includes (and is not limited to) sound and lighting, bar services, decor and props, and garbage removal. - Any additional time needed for either setup or pull-down will result in a charge of USD 100 on a hourly basis, irrespective of if the full hour is used. 8. VENUE-KEEPING: - The event host/promoter assumes responsibility for returning the venue to the condition in which it was provided - clean & tidy. - The event host/promoter assumes responsibility for removing all trash and litter which can be proven to be directly associated with the hosting of the event - both at the venue and on neighbouring roads must be removed to another suitable location. 9. DAMAGES: - Damages incurred during "setup", "event" and "post clean-up" will be observed and the event host/promoter advised immediately. After which, a comprehensive bill (if necessary) will be issued to the event host/promoter subsequent to the post-event cleanup activities. LACK OF PREPARATION TO COMPLY WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT THE RELEVANT ACTION(S) BEING TAKEN.
