LEVEL: First-timer & Lower-level Beginner PRE-REQUISITE: None TRAINING TIME: Single 1-hr session Pole Sport is one of the Caribbean's fast-rising fitness forms! This session caters to any first-timer with training in foundational pole tricks, spins and grips to explore upper-body and core strength while embracing the graces of dance and gymnastics.

1. The studio reserves the right to cancel any workshop or pop-up session at least 8-hours before the start time of the session if total bookings is less than three (3) clients. 2. Let's be considerate to other attendees and the instructor! If you're unable to attend your booked session, please contact the studio via message or email (no calls) least 8-hours before the start time of your booked session. 3. Failure to request cancelation of your booked session up to 8-hours before the start time of your booked session will result in an automatic forfeiture of your booking and payment. - Absolutely no refunds will be considered. 4. Punctuality is important! - You're deemed late if your arrival is within 10-minutes after the start time of your booked session, and your participation is at the discretion of the instructor. Absolutely no additional or make-up time will be facilitated. - You're deemed a no-show if you're more than 10-minutes late for your booked session (even with notice), and you will not be allowed to participate in the session and no refunds will be considered.
