As the renter, please observe the following booking policies: 1. LIABILITY: - The renter assumes liability for injury of any person participating in the session which they booked the venue for. 2. EMERGENCIES: - In case of an emergency (e.g. accidents, health crisis, criminal activities, or fire) the relevant authorities should be contacted. - The venue does not have an available landline, and so a personal mobile device should be accessible. 3. PARKING: - The renter will advise participants that parking is available outside the venue, both along the sidewalks/grass of the venue and adjacent properties. - Absolutely no parking on the road, whether fully or partially. Vehicles should be fully mounted on the sidewalks/grass. 4. SETUP & VACANCY: - The duration of the booked session includes to setup & vacancy. This includes (and is not limited to) participant arrivals and sign-in, studio prep and equipment assembly, participants leaving the venue, equipment pull-down, and venue-keeping (refer to #6 below). - Any additional time for either will result in a charge prorated to the session's hourly rate. 5. PROPS: - Props need to be constructed in such a way that they cause no damage to the studio floor. - Explore felt padding or wheels. 6. VENUE-KEEPING: - The renter assumes responsibility for returning the venue to the condition in which it was provided - clean & tidy. - All studio props used must be properly sanitized and returned to its respective storage space. - All trash and litter must be removed to the outside garbage bin.
